Newly-Created Target Group Doesn't Show Up?

You just went through all the steps necessary to create a new target group in the Target Set builder but when you try to access it through ENVISION5 analytics tools, the newly-created target is missing from the list. 

A tip: Did you remember to save it at the end of the creation process? If you forgot to click on the blue checkmark box in the upper-right corner of the screen, your target group was not saved.
