October, 2019: Community Enhancements: Data Knowledge Base, Reorganization

We are excited to announce some Community enhancements that have recently gone live.

Data Knowledge Base
We have been working on building additional content to support the use of our data, and have created a new knowledge base to host this information. Please check out our new Data Knowledge Base!

In our Data Knowledge Base, you will have access to data videos and other helpful resources - including dataset-specific FAQs.

We will continue to build out our Data Knowledge Base with resources on more products, but should you have any data-specific questions in the meantime please Contact Us.

Reorganization of Content
To help users find what they are looking for, we have reorganized our content into streamlined Knowledge Bases, including our new Data Knowledge Base. Our users will have five Knowledge Bases to navigate. All users will benefit from the Data Knowledge Base, and depending on which software platform you use, you will want to familiarize yourself with the content in the ENVISION Knowledge Base, SPOTLIGHT Knowledge Base, iXPRESS Knowledge Base, or Allocate Knowledge Base.

In each of these knowledge bases, you will find a wealth of information to support your use of our data and software, including corresponding FAQs.
