We are pleased to announce the release of our latest data. This release will include the all-new PRIZM, PRIZM QC and DELTA segmentation systems, enhancements to our CommunityHealth database and a brand new product, ShopperChoice. ShopperChoice captures the different purchase choices that are available when it comes to food, health and household products. It includes behaviours and attitudes towards in-store purchase decisions, online shopping and smart shopping solutions, solving for meal occasions at home and on-the-go, and addressing health & wellness priorities.
Accessing Data in ENVISION:
To access the updated data in ENVISION, please create and activate a 2020 Workspace. Please follow this Walk-Through for on-screen, step-by-step instructions on how to create and activate a new Workspace.
While you will continue to have access to your previous Workspaces, you will only be able to access the 2020 data through a new 2020 Workspace.
Note: Other new and updated data will be added to 2020 Workspaces as they become available later in the year. As always, you will be notified on these subsequent data releases.
Accessing New Data Through the SFTP
If you receive these databases outside ENVISION, the data will be delivered to your SFTP account starting on May 27th. Custom orders may take longer. You will receive an email notification once the data files are ready for you to download. Release notes, variable lists and other supporting documentation will be included with your data delivery.
This release will include the latest vintage of the following databases, subject to your license agreement:
