Accessing Product Updates in ENVISION
To access both the updated US and Canadian data, please create and activate a 2022 Workspace. For more information please see Creating and Activating a New Workspace.
2020 ENVISION Workspaces
ENVISION is no longer supporting 2020 workspaces. Reports and dashboards using 2020 data are no longer available. However, your previously run reports can be accessed by navigating to the Results or Microsites areas of ENVISION. Please open or create a 2022 workspace to access the most up-to-date data when running new reports.
Accessing New Data Through the SFTP
If you receive these databases outside ENVISION, the data will be delivered to your SFTP account starting on October 20th. Custom data orders—including custom variables, custom geographies, and formats other than CSV, PSV, and YXDB—will take up to two weeks to deliver. You will receive an email notification once the data files are ready for you to download. Release notes, variables lists, and other supporting documentation will be included with your data delivery.
