How do I clear my cache?

Google Chrome

To clear your cache in Google Chrome, use the keyboard shortcut: Shift+Ctrl+Delete.

  1. In either the Basic or Advanced tabs, check that the Time Range is set to All time.
  2. Check the box for Cookies and other site data.
  3. Check the box for Cached images and files.Note, all other boxes can be left unchecked. Browsing and download history, passwords, autofill data, and any other site settings that have been saved will not be affected.
  4. Once the two boxes have been checked, click Clear data.
  5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Firefox

To clear your cache in Firefox, use the keyboard shortcut: Shift+Ctrl+Delete.

  1. Check that the Time range to clear is set to Everything.
  2. Check the Cookies and Cache boxes only. 
  3. Click OK.
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
