Technology Behavior Track Profiles enables users to locate consumers according to various behaviors associated with voice, data and video usage. Based on an online panel survey of approximately 32,000 recipients, the database contains more than 400 profiles that are grouped into five categories: wireline telecom, wireless telecom, cable and satellite, home office technology and service providers. Available for use with the PRIZM® Premier and ConneXions® segmentation systems, the profiles help marketers better understand their customers for acquisition and retention programs as well as channel management. A few profiles present bill amount data providing insight into which segments spend the most or least on technology usage.
