Energy Behavior Track Profiles

Energy Behavior Track Profiles helps users identify consumers according to various energy usage and conservation behaviors and beliefs. Based on an annual online survey of over 32,000 respondents, the database contains more than 220 profiles grouped into three categories: provider services, appliances and equipment, and conservation efforts and opinions. Created for the PRIZM® Premier segmentation system, the profiles help users develop more effective marketing campaigns and improve energy services and outreach programs.
