Energy Behavior Track Profiles helps users identify consumers according to various energy usage and conservation behaviors and beliefs. Based on an annual online survey of over 32,000 respondents, the database contains more than 300 profiles, including six bill-amount profiles grouped into three categories: provider services, appliances and equipment, and conservation efforts and opinions. The Energy Behavior Track Profiles are designed to work with the Claritas PRIZM® Premier segmentation system. They are used to develop effective marketing campaigns, improve energy services and customer outreach programs.
